Crazy about cinema, he was passionate about video from his first beginnings and joined Warner Bros. then France Télévision where, as Director of Marketing and Communication, he is responsible for the acquisition of film rights and their launches.
Among these: "The Name of the Rose", "Dance with the wolves", "Goodbye children", "Marius and Jeannette", "The dream life of angels". which will garner both prestigious awards (César, Lion d'Or, Palme d'Or.) and millions of entries.
Equally passionate about technology, the Internet and computers, in 2004 he launched "BuzzyBiz", his own communication and PR agency specializing in audiovisual media, a real bridge between the most "high-tech" companies in the world and cinema creation.

General secretary
Very quickly develops a passion for sound, images, and literature. Specialist of the disc and its market, directs and animates several collections of recordings devoted to the musics of cinema.
Author, in collaboration with Alain Lacombe, of two books, "La Musique du Film" and "De Broadway à Hollywood", which will revive interest in works and composers dedicated to the music of the show.
Producer at Radio-France (France-Musique) for ten years, offers regular programs naturally devoted to the relationships between music, cinema and literature. Product for this same channel a series of programs "French soloists of today".
At the same time, is dedicated to the development of media that will allow these fields to penetrate into the “general public” universe. For these new media, organizes the editorial and production of several audiovisual collections (video games, DVDs, etc.). Is the author of a personal work dedicated to young people (tales and songs) and of audiovisual productions (biographies of composers).
Co-author of the Larousse cinema dictionary.

Mr. Prefect,
In my capacity as President of the Association of the Festival des Films Bonheur, I have the honor to make the declaration of this Association in application of article 5 of the Law of July 1, 1901.
The purpose of the Association is:
Encourage, Promote, Promote at the international level the production and distribution of a quality entertaining cinema; a jubilant cinema advocating enthusiasm, energy, joie de vivre, emotion and knowing how to mix laughter with the fantastic, emotion with action, humanism with the unexpected.
to promote the qualifier of "HAPPINESS FILMS" to create a new category, a "genre in itself" and thus give their letters of nobility to intelligent entertainment films as well as to their creators and to promote them to the public.
to create and obtain from the profession a “FILMS BONHEUR” label aimed at highlighting audiovisual works corresponding to the criteria defined above, feature films and short films, fiction or documentaries through contemporary production as in that of the past, in an international dimension
It will design and implement all the actions necessary or arising from this concept,
Its purpose will be carried out in particular by the organization of an annual Festival selecting and crowning the best French and foreign films falling within this specific genre.
It may also publish, edit, distribute all books, brochures, magazines, produce and distribute all audiovisual products and more generally all products on all media relating to its corporate purpose, and implement all communication actions by the organization in France or events abroad: colloquiums, conferences, seminars, exhibitions relating to its corporate purpose.
More generally, it will be able to carry out any other activities necessary for the pursuit of its object that the Board of Directors will decide ”.
